How to Connect

Follow these three steps once your DSB IT technician is ready. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Call or Message Us

Call us at 250-206-2727 or send a message from our contact page. We'll confirm your issue and give you a 6-digit security code when we're ready to connect.

Open Quick Assist

Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type Quick Assist, and press Enter to open it. When it opens, click "Get Help" — not "Help Someone".

Enter Your Code

Type in the 6-digit code your DSB technician gave you, then click Share screen. That's it — we'll take it from there and guide you through the rest.

Your technician will give you a code like this

This code is unique to your session and expires once used. Never share it with anyone other than your DSB technician.
